Is your check engine light on? If so the ECU will put the EFI system in limp home mode/full rich and your gas mileage would suffer. If so check the code box under the seat. Heck check it anyway. Are you blowing black smoke out the exhaust? If so it is probably rich. 10 mpg is low but around town rovers eat gas. Lay off the pedal a bit. I get 16 even on the freeway. Not much town driving in my DD. Gordo
