2010 Range Rover Tail Lights--Will they fit on previous years?

My brother has a 2006 Range Rover Supercharged--the full size one. He is thinking about purchasing some 2010 Tail Lights...the idea here is that they should work on previous years, as they are the same size and look like they will fit no problem.

Does anyone have any experience with this, or have anything to chime in on?

Thanks!

Glasspacks

I want my truck to sound louder right now it sounds the same as my moms inline4 engine.

I was going to remove the muffler.
Replace it with a 24 inch glasspack.

Do you think this will be too loud?

I mean I have 2 cats and the rear resonator still.

If you think its going to be loud what
If I remove the rear resonator
and replace that last little section of tailpipe before it
with another glasspack?

So I would actually have 1 24" glasspack and 1 12" glasspack.

That would be keep me from getting a ticket right?

I want my truck to sound deep and loud like a garbage truck or a semi-truck.

I don't want to sound like a honda civic ricer.

Thanks

so... I've had this '99 Range Rover less than 3 weeks. It doesn't leak oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid.... any fluids. The transmission is so smooth and quiet, that sometimes the only way I know it's changing gears is when I see the tach needle move. I've only noticed one mechanical problem; it has a tapping noise in the top part of the engine, on the driver's side.
And now, after much reading here and a couple of other Land Rover web sites, I'm planning on adding some Seafoam to both the engine oil and to the fuel tank in an attempt to clean some of the crud that may have caused a lifter to stick (possible cause of tapping noise? ).

After about a hundred miles or a little less, I will change the motor oil and filter.

If this is a really bad idea...... please...... someone explain to me why, and convince me to stop this plan.
thanks

Hello All!

Admittedly, i do not have a Land Rover, but, i recently decided to get a new vehicle and for some reason have been oddly obsessed with Land Rovers. First things first, i need a vehicle that is appropriate for semi-treacherous mountain driving, which is what lead me to the Land Rover. Other than that, and the fact that they are the only cars that i love every aspect of how it looks....i know nothing about them.
I need help!! i like the discover model, but im not clear on which series i like. I want as new as possible, but im not trying to spend a fortune. i want good gas mileage....

just hoping i could get some input from the happy owners of Land Rovers. Any suggestions help!!
Thanks :)
