Default Chassis change

I have just bought a complete 110 truck cab Defender with a good 200Tdi engine. I want to use it as a donar vehicle but build it onto a 90 galvanised chassis. Can I use the 110 radius/trailing link arms on the 90 chassis and will the brake specification be compatable with the lighter vehicle? All advice gratefully recieved.
