That's a pretty loaded question, but if everything is in good order, and not requiring a rebuild before going onto the new chassis, figure about 40 hours for an experienced wrench, familiar with a Ninety. You realistically have to know nothing goes to plan, and something you thought was good will go south and if you don't have a ready replacement, you're stalled till the part is fixed or replaced. The cost is simply going to be the hrs times the hourly rate. But you ought to be able to get an experienced wrench to give you a fixed price quote.
