Default Fuelpump or injector 'o'rings?

There's no fuel dripping from the wading plug hole on our 1994 D-90 4 cyl, turbo diesel. The lube oil level seems to go up and the warning light comes on
and off.

Is there way to tell if this is the injector 'o' rings or the fuel pump seal?

We use this truck in the Western Highlands of Panama to get to a farm that is 6 klics of 'chains only' road.

Thanks.

Its most likely the lift pump leaking, the injector O rings situation relates to the TD5 engine.Swop out the lift pump, change the oil and filter then see what happens.
Good luck.
