Default Most Radical Defender

well if you got 30K to blow you might want to check this out.

eBay Motors: Land Rover : Defender (item 200256710044 end time Sep-29-08 10:58:10 PDT)

i can barely even tell its a defender. i think they might have gone a little overboard on this one, but the journalists like it.

Default D90 Engine Tapping

I have a 1994 D90 with about 160,000 on it. I'm getting some loud tapping from the right side of the engine. Tapping seems to vary with RPM when in gear. Any clue?

Its an ugly beast isn't it? Looks pretty indestructible but IMHO its tasteless. Killed the look by chopping out the front guards - and I wouldn't want to be sitting in it when the mud comes flying up from the wheels straight into the interior! And some muppet put a slushbox in it!

The sad thing is that it is no longer a defender. Not sure it ever realy was as it had no mention as to what number it was. No one in their right mind would butcher a real Defender to do that to it. Seems like a Range rover chassis with a defender bulkhead build up project. Can't be a real defender...probobly regestered as a kit car.

It seems like a very capible truck but I think I would rather intentionaly get my Dick caught in the zipper of my pants before I spen 30k on that abortion. YUK!
