The heater core on my D110 is cracked and after waiting weeks have discovered that apparently Land Rover has discontinued that part. Their recommendation? Convert to later D90 hvac system. gaaahhhhh.
Anyone else care to recommend options? I'm thinking about taking it to a radiator shop and seeing if they can do anything. Other ideas?

Call George at RDS. He located one when I was redoing my 110(over $1800, but that was a complete unit, not just the heater core), but I opted (and am so glad I did) to go the D90 dash route and got a high output wolf heater. I like the D90 dash better than the slab looking 110 dash, and also wanted real scuttle vents, instead of fake black plastic covers.
I'm in the same boat with my recently purchased 110. Two vendors have told me that the part number is RTC-7433. Atlantic British says they can't get it. Rovers North says they can so I went ahead and ordered it. $318 and change. We'll see who's right...

Just to confirm. RTC-7433 is the correct part for a 93 NAS 110 and Rovers North can get it. I have heat!
Dude- shoulda called me. We have about a dozen 110's that we maintain on a regular basis and we stock some parts for them...

There are times we'll have three or four NAS 110's here at the same time. We love 'em! I had one of them back in 93 and we've traced it as far as an Army guy in N.C. and lost the trail on it.

Doh! Of course, DAP. I didn't make the connection. I had checked DAP's page, but didn't see the parts I needed. I'll be callin' tomorrow... Thanks!
Most stuff isn't on the site- the stuff listed is what we call the "fast moving parts" which are the most common. We often have to order the more unusual stuff, but we do frequent shipments from the U.K. Just ordered a slew of D110 parts the other day for gas tank repairs etc.
