Default New Rear SW door 2002 and newer

Hi

I am in the process of replacing my tired old door on my 110. It is the style with the cardboard door card. I bought a new door (2002 and newer) but I am missing all the parts, including plastic door card, glass, glazing strip, wiper, high stop light, inside handle, etc. has anyone done this job? I am looking for the part numbers of the items above. My truck is a 1993. If anyone knows if the wiper can be reused, that would be great too.

Thanks for the help.

Barry

I am reasonably certain the glass is the same for the new style door, and it's expensive, so re-use yours. Best way to determine if the wipermotor is usable is to compare the internals of both doors. I replaced the 4 side doors on mine with new ones, and there were some differences, so it wouldn't surprise me if the rear door also has some. The plastic card can be had through Rovers North, as they have gotten me lots of later parts for trucks which were never sold here. You might also give George a call at RDS as he gets lots of late bits & bobs. If all else fails, call Matt Savage in Asborne, Derbyshire. He ships parts everywhere, and will have all the P/Ns at his fingertips.
I know what you mean about the old style vinyl covered cardboard. I wouldn't mind the later style myself. Word of caution, though. They have different colors than the basic grey we had.

Thanks for the info. I think I have the parts list now. Sadly the glass is not reusable. I am going to get a gray door card for the new door and hope for the best. I am not sure how much it is going to be yet but some stuff I think can be reused. I will have to see how it goes. My current door is totally cracked inside and the seal is garbage. The new ones use rubber which is nice.
