Randy, You need to confirm power coming thru Maxi Fuse B, a BROWN wire. From The MAIN (not the one under the dash) it goes to F2, and the ECU Harness. It divides, in the harness and feeds the ECU at pin 15, and it also goes to pin 30 of the fuel pump relay(this wire is still brown) then out of the relay, on pin 87, and the color changes to white with a purple tracer. It leaves the EFI harness at Plug/socket AC 24. it goes TO F20 on the fuse block under the dash, out of that fuse, iy becomes White with Blue tracer, goes to the Inertia safety switch (thats also under the dash, behind the same cover as the fuse block) then out of the inertia switch to the pump (still white with Blue tracer.
one thing you should check is that the fuel pump relay is a FIVE PIN RELAY, not the standard 4 pin. The pin on AC24 that the power comes into the EFI Harness is immediately adjacent to the pin for the fuel pump.
The reason they run the AC harness into the efi harness is that the ecu raises the idle speed when the AC is turned on.
If you get power to the white wire at the coil, and the brown wire at the end pin of AC24, the damn truck should start.

Hi Terry
Thanks for your help.
I went and looked at the wiring and found a large brown wire coming from the starter that is cut or broken off. it has a crimed on connector that is damaged, i cant tell if was a flat or round. I can not see anywhere that it should be connected in the vinity the it is in. The wire from maxi fuse 2 does apear to be going to a connector next to the ac system. The battery was low so i could not check for power at that location yet. Thats is when i found the other brown wire of the same size not terminating anywhere. Where should it be going?

The large brown wire from the Alternator goes to the hot post on the starter. There should also be a another wire going to the maxi fuse box. It could be brown, or it could be red. There should be a third large wire that goes to the battery. Pull a Maxi and see if you have power there.
