Odd techy transmission question...

I am doing a strange project and had a question that hopefully someone can answer for me.

I am rebuilding a 1968 Series 2A Dormobile with a galv chassis (Marsland 1-tonne) Salisbury axles, a 200tdi (Defender) motor and (here's the strange part) a ZF4HP22 automatic transmission.

The transmission is from a v8 Disco 1, and the question I have is what parts do I need to mate it up to the 200tdi?

I am trying to find a partno for the ZF4HP22 tranny to 200tdi bellhousing, as well as the torque conveter, flex plate and any bolts that go with it.

My problem is that I am in North America and there is very little information on that combination (as well as being rare as rocking horse sh!t in the UK).
