Default oil dilution @ rev counter

Hi got a 2003 td5 110 just ordered arevcounter to fit in place of the clock any one got a wiring diagram that could help on installation.Plus has any one been having fuel dilution into the oil problems.Had an oil sample test done at 12000 had the viscosity down to the lower acceptable level for the grade with fuel dilution at 5%

Some heads have been found that are porous,between fuel gallery and lube system,also between combustion chambers and fuel system.Most likely cause in my opinion is the 'o' ring that seals each injector into the head failing (one or more)
