Oil leak

[300 Tdi]

My 300 Tdi seems to leak oil when parked. I discovered an oily hole on the block just in front of my oil pan, where a bolt seems to have worked its way loose and fallen out (see photo).

Anybody know what this missing bolt is for? And...

What size, thread pitch, and length is it?
