Default Polybushes on front radius arms

Hi, Since a few months I own a '95 Defender 110. About 2 weeks ago I had yellow Britpart polybushes fitted. The bushes on the front radius arms seem to be a bit thicker than the original rubber ones. The result is that the front axle and the shockabsorbers slightly moved to the front (the shocks are not upright in the mounting turret).

Did anyone experience the same with fitting new bushes and can it be a potential problem with the springs or steering?

Many thanks,
