Quick fasteners for Defender wings

Hi , this is my first time to write in this forum , and i am happy that i can be a part of it
I live in Sofia, Bulgaria and i have a 110 with a tdi 300 and at the moment i took it apart and stared to rebuild it , i whated to make some inproovments so i need some advice . I want to make the wings with quick fasteners so i can easily repair the front part ,same as those that they use in aircrafts and race cars for the panels .
I stumbled over a lot of models but i can't determin what will suit me .
