Shocks and springs poll. - Land Rovers Only

What combo do you guys like on a D-110 for moderate offroad use? What if any mods to driveline, etc need to be done if lifting over X and what is X?

Stock shocks, Heavy duty springs in front to account for winch and bull bar. Will upgrade when they need doing to Old Man Emu all round.
