Well, I finally got around to replacing all my bushings this weekend and put in some heavy duty castor corrected QT radius arms I bought off a good friend. I don't have a press around so tried using my vise to press in the new bushings. It didn't go so well. I cracked the vise.
The cracked vise: ![]() The pretty new radius arms still lying there all shiny and unused: ![]() I'll be dropping them off with a buddy at the dealer Monday to get them pressed in the right way. ![]()

bushings, bearings, hubs never come out without a press.
in fact I use a press alot of times to get the CV joint off of a hub on a disco two. plus they dont like to go in without one either.

Got the new bushings in all around thanks to the help of friends and my son. My carpal tunnel syndrome makes it tough to do on my own. The difference in ride quality is amazing. It tracks a bit straighter too. Now to try it offroad this weekend.
Comparison of OEM radius arms to new. They are heavier duty with less weight: Installed:
