2.5 auto problem - Land Rovers Only

I Have A 2001 2.5 V6 Automatic Which Has Developed A Transmission Problem Overnight.when Starting Or Slowing It Feels Like It Drops Back To First Gear.also When Stationary It Snatches When Put In Drive Or Reverse.when It Happens On The Move It,s Like The Brakes Are Put On Anyone Any Ideas Thanks Kenap

look at the transmission fluid. its probably fried.

Anyway, You would have to pull codes out of the module to see if it is anything else. Most likely the tranny is blown.

Those trannies are weak. We are always putting them in. Same with the engines.
