2003 Catalytic Converter

I have a leak in a section after the catalytic converter and just after the oxygen sensor. I was told by my dealer that I need to replace the entire catalytic converter. The only problem is that they are currently on back order and he said there are none in the US.

I found a Benchmark CAT but it is for 2002 Freelander. Does anyone know if this will work? Or can anyone tell me where I can find one. I have been searching the internet for hours now.
