Default Any known issues with the Freelander 2?

I have signed on the dotted line for a brand new Freelander 2 Diesel, I was wondering if anyone knows about any issues so far?

cheers

So far I have been lucky, I just do not get the MPG they said. So far on 1 tank I got 13.6 MPG, but I was moving and I was in stop and go traffic with the truck loaded with 200 to 300 LBS of stuff. So that did not help

It looks nothing like a Range Rover 1.

That's all I've seen so far.

hahaha

I had that little rubber door stop fall out while at the car wash the other day,
and the plastic cover that's on the rear of the armrest also came off.

That is so funny. I was washing my car for the first time. And one of the rubber bumpers is about to come off on the passengers side door. I will have to find some supper glue before it falls off. I did notice it only took me 2 hours to wash, dry, detail and wax the out side of this tuck. The Disco was well over 3 hours. I almost got the alternator wet when I sprayed down the engine compartment. Not to much to wash under the hood.

I have noticed a few electrical glitches. The first is my trip meter re-set it's self twice now. Second rarely the rear lights do not flash when I un-lock the doors with the remote. The doors do however open. Third the window switches act funny rarely. None of these are constant and I am not even going to tell the dealer about it unless it gets bad. As for gas millage. I am still waiting for my next fill up to see how I am doing on MPG.
