Changing Spark Plugs

hello:

Need step by step instructions on how to change rear spark plugs that are on rear side of engine by firewall.

I cant find any repair or maintenance manuals anywhere, and I cannot find any instructions online either.
Someone suggested downloading something called Rave, which does not work or download.

Does anybody know where I can get simple step by step instructions on how to change the rear spark plugs? They have some kind of device on them, and I dont know how to remove them to change the spark plugs.

I have a 2002 Freelander, V6.

Please dont give me links or books to buy, I cannot afford to purchase anything at the moment.
Ive been trying for over 6 months to find this information. If its not free, I cant afford it.

CAT, you may want to give Rovers North or British Pacific Rover Parts a call. Do a google for their websites. I'd post their numbers, but it might be against some sort of vendor agreement with this website. I've found both of these parts dealers to be extremely helpful (especially on Saturdays when working people have the time to tend to their cars!) Good luck.
