Driving abroad - Land Rovers Only

If driving a UK spec 2002 freelander abroad, what are the steps to adjusting the lights? Is it an adjustment on the back or stickers on the front. I assumed it was stickers but now i'm not too sure. If anyone has any ideas i would be greatful.

I'm not sure if it applies to Freelanders or not, but generally the lense on RHD vehicles is cut to the opposite side as LHD cars. When you dip your headlights, they go down and also to the left, and LHD cars go down and to the right.
