few questions about my freelander

This is my first post here to be gentle on me.
In the morning upon starting when cold i expierace a studder/ hesitation and a CEL comes on but when warm is clears and goes away what can that be?
I also want to know what you guys use for spark plugs on this motor?
I also would like to know how easy it is to change the tranny fluid?
sorry for all these questions hopefully you guys can help me a ton here!

Welcome!

On the first 2 questions I have no idea on the tranny fluid it is fairly easy and you have to use the ATF fluid from Land Rover - DO NOT use regular Dextron!

Do you have a copy of the RAVE CD?

Download it from here (beware it's a large file)

land_rover service manual

Then unzip it and burn the contents to a disc

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and answer your first two questions!
