Default Freelander 2.5L V6 Shop Manual

Anyone know where a fella can find a comprehensive manual on the Freelander 2.5L V6 engine? I have some serious engine repairs to get my 2002 Freelander back on the road. My engine skipped a tooth on the timing belt leading to bent intake valves! Yes, all of them, Ugh! Having heads refurbished, however, I am unfamiliar with the engineering concept of LR cylinder sleeves and the assembly procedure for reinstalling the cylinder heads atop them. There is something about a "sealant" at the base of the sleeves??? Can anyone advise on the manual, or give points on the assembly? Right now my sleeves can be moved up and down and spun around the stationary piston. They have not dropped (though).

My cousin's 325 did that to ALL valves, not just intake (well, it had a chain). It ended up being cheaper to get a used engine than replace all the valves.
