freelander g4 - Land Rovers Only

Hi, New to the board

just purchased g4 freelander anyone know about hooking up roof rack driving lamps? Was told that land rover could not sell them hooked up as they are not legal for street use in USA. Also anyone know of a place to get g4 decals etc?
