Default Heater Blower problem

Hello,

I got small problem with my heater blower :| . Sometimes It won't work on any speed I select on switch. my A/C light came up when i select 1,2,3 or 4 speed, but blower won't start . All fuses are ok. When i driven via road bump , blower starts , and work on all speeds fine ... it could work an hour, day, two days and issue came back

What I can check? , I replace the resistor pack on Feb. and its ok, connector (behind A/C duct) are also OK..

Any clues ?

Greets
