Default Intermittent or hesitation HELP?

I have an 08 LR2 and I just started getting hesitation. The CEL has not come on and I don't know what to do. I heard it may be the cam position sensor. Any ideas? If so is there more than 1? easily replaceable? Any help would be appreciated. I also pulled the plugs to check and they are a little rusty on the end which makes me think there is water in the gas. I recently replaced the plugs too with E3 plugs.
