Default LR2 (Freelander 2) revealed!

Looks legit to me. A bit disappointing from some vantages, rear end isn't anything special, profile is a bit chunky. But front end looks sharp and interior looks amazing (anything would be a vast improvement to the current model). Let's see what the official release shots look like....

Does it have high/low range? If not, it will not sell in Aust.

It's purported to use mostly Volvo drivetrain components. I don't believe any of the current Volvo SUVs has low range. Therefore my guess is probably not.

It does have a terrain response system with what looks like 4 different settings. My guess is that implies air suspension but could also imply an electronically selected low range like on the LR3. Time will tell ...
