Default LR2 Owners Must Know (08 HSE)

Hi,
I'm new to LR and new to this forum. I'm in the process of buying a certified 2008 LR2 HSE with 10K miles on it. Is there anything I need to know about this year and model? I'm going to search the forum for past threads and problems/recalls...but off the bat is there a "must know" before I sign on the dotted line? I've had SUVs for the past few years and like the fact that this one can tow 3500 lbs and still look great when I go to the Ritz day spa Other than my overnight test drive and what I've read I don't have any negative thoughts. So...fill me in.

Oh, and any advice on the best place to get a luggage rack? What kind of wax to keep the black looking awesome? Leather care? And any other sites I need to know about as a land rover owner?

Thanks in advance!

I had a friend who used to word for LR Nd he said the LR2 is awesome, although I don't know many people who own them. A few guys on the RoversNorth forum own them and love them!

I have a LR2, not to happy with it. did not came with towing package and is expensive to get OEM. the roof rack ufff 500 dllars! and the engine change at 10,000 miles!! under warranty. not to happy price Vs vehicule.
some forums say it only a FORD scape!! . I was looking for a fuse box behind the glove door and found an electronic part that reads FORD!!!! what a mess.
