Manual key can't unlock doors

For some reason, someone was bold enough to smash the right rear light of my 09 LR2, which was parked in a parking lot. When I got there, I couldn't open my door using the remote, so I had to use the manual key to unlock the door. Then the problem started! The hazard lights kept flashing and nothing would stop them, so I disconnected the battery from one of the terminals. I then locked all the doors, including the hood/bonnet, to go get assistance. On coming back, I couldn't use the manual key to open the doors. Now my lovingly Black on Black 09 LR2 is still at the parking lot with the battery disconnected and the doors locked. Help is urgently needed!!!!
