Default Rear Bumper Removal Freelander 06

I have damaged my rear bumper, where the brake light is housed, on my Freelander (2006 Model) It looks like there is a plastic colour coded cover on the bumper that I could remove and repair. Can anyone tell me how I remove this plastic cover? Thanks
