Look for a loose connector in the harness going to the rear door. Since the window heater, wiper and window ALL do not work you have either lost power or ground to the rear door.

All is tied in together, its possible you have a rear wiper motor not functioning
or a bad relay underneath the c pillar panel located above the rr strut.

If you get swap the relays and it works its possible the pins are being pushed out every so often on the relay wiring.

They are all tied in together and are a pain in the butt to diagnose.
If that all checks out then you need to hook up T4 to see what the vehicle is seeing as far as sensors on the rear door.
