Default Rear window needs re-attaching

Hi: I'm new here with a problem on my 2002 Freelander.

The rear driver-side door window has become disconnected from the mechanism. The motor works fine. Is there much to removing the door panel and re-attaching the window?
I see 3 screws that need to be removed, 2 in the arm rest and 1 in the door opening recess. Are there any others I've missed?
Does the speaker grill (OEM, I believe) just pop off? I didn't see any screws.
Any tips/steps in getting the door panel off and the window re-attached would be appreciated. I am mechanically inclined, but would rather not screw things up on this repair.

Those are the only three. The door is held on by plastic clips around the rest of it and you just have to pop them out. I don't think you can access the window too easily from there though, you might have to take the speaker off to get any access at all.

Thanks for that help. We got the door panel off fine and the speaker out. Problem is the interior parts of the door frame cover up all the important parts where the window actually attaches to the lift mechanism. I found a small piece of plastic in the bottom of the door. Must be the part that connects the window to the lift. Not a terribly robust part, I'd say, for something so important.

Default Diagram for replacing rear-window regulator

Hey BT,
I've had the same problem at some point in time with this on my '04 freelander and a couple cars I've owned previously. You did the hardest part which is getting the door panel off. I'm attaching a .JPG I scanned for ya when when I ordered a window regulator from rovahfarm(dot)com.
The piece you found in your door was probably part of the carrier. Your best bet would be replace the whole regulator, unless you engage in some creative engineering to attach the glass to the cable with something other than the plastic carrier.
Piece of cake! Let us know how it goes!
