Rear wiper is always working

Any idea on how to get the rear wiper of my LR2 2009 to stop working, at least when I don't need it to work? It's been working ever since I got my LR2.

Make sure your turn signal stalk is push forward. When it is pulled back the rear wiper will work.

I think you meant the wiper stalk, the one on the right side.
