My 03 V6 just starts to loose coolant and I am thinking of replacing the gasket before the engine gets damaged, I understand the MLS gasket & the new design oil rail is the improved parts for Freeby, wondering if anyone has experience with these new kit & how good they are. Thanks.

They royally suck. I had one recently that was pitted underneath the gasket that appeared to have extra stuff on it.
when you take them off you will need to clean the head completely and dont use any real harsh abrasive. clean up the heads to make sure the pitting hasnt gotten by the seals of the cylinder wall. the wall is about a 1mm thick and inside that area on the head it can start to pitt.

Just another interesting development on Rover 75, as the chinese carmaker bought the blueprint of Rover 75, they claim improvements were done on the new KV6 engine and they start selling it in China right now, wondering if they really did some improvements on the engine that we can use on the Freebie V6.
