Don’t know if this is related to the hot weather
As a rule I don’t use the air-conditioning, although I do know it works. Over the past month I have noticed that after I have used the car there is a sizable patch of water under the rear part of the engine. I regularly check the fluid level and they are all OK. The water appears to be dripping from a 3inch hose half way across the back of the engine mount back plate ( just below the steering rack). Is this normal |

Remember that the a/c is activated when you are using the demister functions in order to remove moisture from the air. As a result this can happen all year around, and not just when you have switched the a/c on.
