certainly looks like it could be. Hard to tell since it's so low res. The sky is the best indicator. Along with the shadows.

But after looking closer, I'm going with Photoshop. Look at the mysterious shadow under the two tanks. Looks just like the one from the tire. And the space between the rear tires doesn't look right either.

Yeah I looks like photochop.

The rear tires are identical , and that shodow that someone mentioned , Yeah that dose not fit anything to the truck .

It is undoubtedly photoshop, with one glance you can spot out that there is no matching shadow in back of the most rear tire. ....seems as though that is just one of the picture's flaws.
