Her name is Lola, and she's a beauty! I regretfully must sell my Land Rover Series III 88" Land Rover Santana 2.25L diesel. I am the third owner of this beauty.
Price: $11,000 CDN ($10,330 USD) o.b.o. Location: West Vancouver/Vancouver, B.C., Canada Current Specs:
Transmission works beautifully, and the 4WD works great! Vehicle has some rust around windshield (single pane, and three wiper system). Santana invented the overdrive, as well as the famous "parabolic leaf springs", and the gear box is stronger than most as it is similar to a D90 gearbox! I would like to see this go to a good home, possibly a collector, as there are not many Santanas in North America. She has been used as a daily driver and camping expedition vehicle. A new fuel tank was just installed, and rear wheel brake cylinders replaced at a Land Rover authorized shop last week New glow plugs were installed 4 months ago. I can easily get her up to 90km/h (over 55Mph). I have been using BioDiesel b20-b50 blends as the BioDiesel lubricates the engine, and lowers emissions, and saves $$$. Thank you for taking the time to look If you have any questions, please contact me.![]() Last edited by archaeology_student : 07-01-2007 at 01:35 PM. |

All good things must come to an end. I was happy to have owned her, and want to see her find a good new home In 2008, she becomes officially a quarter of a century (25 years old). Picasa web album with lots of pictures Last edited by archaeology_student : 07-07-2007 at 12:42 PM. |
