Default 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 TDI

1993 Land Rover Defender 110 Turbo Diesel, Fresh off the boat from Germany, fully EPA and DOT registered and legal, only 58k original miles.

White, full external roll cage, full diamond plate package, interior floors, exterior fenders, hood, roof racks, and rear cover, along with diamond plate winch lead cover. Full brush guard and rack package, factory Rover lights on factory bars in front. Sunroof, skylights, rear air, tape/ cd changer, county console. Absolutely loaded. Will post more pics soon.

LOL! Not legally ..NO way! Vin SWAP! 802?? Vermont? No way, they have the strictest DOT Regs of them all...Ask me how I know!

1993 D110's are importable as long as they do some certain changes to make them compliant... so there is a good chance that this could be legal... the only thing questionable is the TDi..

That is from VT, you will have to look around a bit to find out the specs. I am sure Steve Young knows what they are for VT. Their rules are VERY strict on Diesel cars/trucks.


Why is the Diamond Plate covering the winch?

Correct Ryan. But for some reason....I think this one's outer roll bar will not meet NAS specs......it just doesn't look right.... ...aha! It does not provide the type of roof protection required....but of course, an unscrupulous registered importer could have signed off on it that is met NAS specs...

The diamond plating looks like $#!+.. as always. The bars might be prep for what is to come for the new owner.

I agree the daimont plate is a little much, but who cares? it can be taken off.

To a great expense, this TDi was made compliant.

Thanks to the rest of you for your editorial comments. Humorous, at best.

Also, the 110 is tentatively sold.
