He will probably get 73K or more for it....I would love to have that sitting in my driveway...

Copley sells legal trucks. This thing is a recent import that is going to bring trouble with it. Besides, Copley wouldn't market something with all that ghastly horrid 5-bar and that horrid cage. There's a difference between a rare NAS truck and a common 110 from overseas... HUGE difference. There's nothing rare about a German spec 110 and nothing valuable about one- the only thing that makes it rare is that it doesn't belong here.

Oh i def agree with you....I was just pointing out that people paying 70-80k or more for a 110 or even some 90's is not that unrealistic....And your right, its not valuable and doesn't belong here....

Sure, I think a lot of people would love to have that truck. But, it's only worth 25k at best. It's not a legit 93 NAS 110. You could probably get it to pass all the maditory hoop-la, but that cost's money.

It's like a Humvee and a Hummer....

I want to add one thing, I'd take the V8 version over the over weight-under powered diesel ANYDAY. I love diesels-I have a Powerstroke- but the LR diesel isnt what most Americans expect a modern diesel to be. That 110 weighs about the same as my F250, but mine puts about 650(ft lbs) to the ground; the LR has 110hp and 195(ft lbs)-- these anemic diesels are the reason(besides emissions) that the US wont get any Rover diesels. LR needs to learn a few things from VW about what people want in a diesel. I honestly cant see why people here want the TDi, is it just the rarity factor? I know they last longer, but I'd have to take power over longevity. Now I could see some VERY serious offroaders wanting it for its water fording ability and lack of electronics, and the Hippies will like the good fuel mileage, but other than that..... Ok, I'm done ranting

I've heard they run poorly on the fuel we have here too- until we go low-sulphur anyway.

That brings up an interesting point....On the diesel pumps here they now have signs up that say do not use this diesel in vehicle of 2007 or later....If you have a new diesel vehicle where the hell do you get your diesel....

Im not sure how many 2007 diesel vehicles have come out yet but thats something thats kind of weird.

the pumps here have been marked "low sulfur on road diesel" here for a while. Are we supposed to go lower sulfur? We also have off road diesel here, for farming and such- it doesnt have tax in the price.

The '07 Powerstrokes will be out soon I believe. My '06 is over a year old already.
