1996 Disco 1 SE7 for sale

I have a 1996 LR Disco 1 SE7 auto trans for sale in the DFW (Texas) area. It has 129K miles on it. Black with Tan interior.

The good points:
The interior is in decent shape, a little worn but no rips or tears.
Has a new stereo with sirius sat radio. I still have the original radio and 6 pack CD player too.
Runs quite well and was a daily driver until I bought my Hummer.
Body is in solid / good shape. Although the steel light guards (front and rear) are a little rusty there is no other rust that I've noticed on the vehicle.
A/C works well (front and rear)
Has a brand new battery (cold killed the old one)
New power stearing hose (replaced 4 months ago)
Services kept up to date (oil changes, tune ups etc.)
All major fluids power flushed (engine, tranny, etc.) in the last 10K miles
Just replaced the fuel filter thought it would be a good idea after 120K miles
Has the roof rack bows and case
Tires are in in decent shape (needs new spare though)
Everything else (unless it is listed below) it really works!

The bad points:
Windshield cracked with out last 30 degree night
Electronic night mirror not functional
Power seat controls will not stay "clipped in" to the center console
Passenger side and rear power lock motors dead (still locks by hand)
Rear steps retractor spring needs replaced
Needs brakes checked (anti lock light on) but it stops just fine and rotors are still good

The Price:
$3500

The reason:
I really wanted to keep this as a hunting car as it has been a GREAT truck but after buying a sportscar (02 Maserati) the wife says one vehicle has to go!
