1997 d1 sd - Land Rovers Only

hey guys i'm thinking about selling my 97 d1...i'm a poor college student and i just can't afford it anymore. I'm not 100 percent on selling it, but i'm just trying to see what kinda offers i could get for it.
its got 140,000 miles, and I just replaced the head gasket, everything looks good inside.
it's sitting on 3 inch big blue springs with pro comp es9000 extended length shocks. The suspension and tires were put on a little over a year ago. It has 32x11.50 bf goodrich mud terrains with very nice amount of tread left. I put a mantec snorkel on a few months ago, and it also has a hood blackout. Its windshield was replaced less than 2 months ago, because somebody decided it would be funny to throw a rock at it. Brushbar with 2 6 inch spotlights that are burnt out, but still wired up correctly. It has a kenwood head unit and sony 800w subwoofer in a custom truck box. Also has uniden cb with pa and 108 inch whip antenna mounted on back bumper.
Cons:
roof paint could use some work, broken stud in exhaust manifold to y pipe, can't tell if it's leaking or not. The cheap stick on tint got ripped in the middle of the back left window. Other than that it runs okay...if i can think of anything else i;ll post back up with some pics too when i get my camera. its the truck in my avatar though.

Where are you located and ballpark what are you looking at getting for it? I have a friend who might be interested.
