Thanks! I have 2 interested parties in it right now actually. A guy called today and wants to come Monday and leave a deposit (if he likes it) and one guy wants to come week after next when I get back from Florida. I am pretty sure it will sell now that I have bumped it back up. LOL! I let the thread slip away because I kinda didnt want to sell it. I am rather attached to it. LOL!
