2004 Disco SE7 only 45k w/warranty!

I need to sell my 2004 Landrover Discovery Series II SE7 4x4. Just had a complete 45000 mile service at the dealer on 6/30, been about 600mi since. Just out of 4yr/50k mile factory warranty, but since this was a Certified Used, it has a 24-month, 25k mile additional warranty. This was a very late ’04, so the warranty is good through sometime in 7/2010, I forget the exact date. It is a 7-passenger model, but the third row seats have never been sat in. Adriatic (dark grayish) blue with Alpaca Beige Leather. 18” factory wheels with new Sumitomo tires. 4.6L V8 and no modifications whatsoever. All factory options (except Nav and parking sensors), including Harman/Kardon sound (AM/FM/Cassette & CD changer), cold weather package (heated seats and windshield), rear seat AC controls, towing package, third seat, and dual sunroofs. It is garage kept and I just detailed it yesterday. Never offroad, except on the test drive.

I am the second owner, and I purchased in 11/06 with 32,000 miles on the clock. I looked at a lot of used Discoveries, and saw plenty of beat-up trucks. I ended up traveling over 250mi to look at this one and bought it on the spot because it was so nice and well kept. Leaps and bounds nicer than anything else that I looked at. This awesome truck was over $50k new, and I paid more than $25,000 (plus another $1500 for the warranty) just 19 months ago. Reason for selling is that both my wife and I now have “company” cars and the Rover just isn’t being used. When it was serviced last month, I noticed that it had been driven less than 1,500mi in the last year. It just doesn’t make sense to have this much tied up in something I’m not using.
