It does not have navigation (but my little garmin fits nicely where the navigation screen would've been!). I do have the title in hand. It has not been in any accidents or had any paintwork done. I'll have to check the in service date because I'm not the original owner. When I bought it the carfax made it appear that the date was in December, 2005 but the Land Rover dealership said the warranty is good until June or July 2010. I'll swing by the dealership and double check.

Yes, it's still available. I haven't gotten to the point where I've listed it for sale anywhere else like auto trader--probably because once it sells I'll be Land Roverless for the first time in a decade and I'm passively prolonging it as long as possible!
