Default 79 Lwb

79 LWB Series 3 for $3000 (aus)
Pictures can be seen on my signature link.
PTO winch, 2 batteries, 6 spare tyres, spare windscreen, raised roof, canvas sides, roof rack, water tanks, wide tyres, spotlights.
Good old wagon, got me around the outback without probs. Going to be normal and get a Land Cruiser like a sensible person.
Cheers!

This sentence kinda seems like a contradiction in my book, but maybe I'm just a purist. Hope you have good luck selling her, looks like a beautiful truck. On the other hand I hope you change your mind so we don't lose another Landy owner to the *Dark Side*

no way
If you guys knew where I lived you would probably get one too. This part of Australia is known as Landcruiser country, due to the fact that everyone drives one. Why does everyone drive one? Because they are superior to the Land Rover for this environment. Parts are readily available, even at tiny outback cattle stations. The mechanics all have experience in toyotas. And there is no way I'm driving the thousands of outback miles that I want to, in a series 3, despite the fact that I am a fan of the car. The series 3 is great, but not up to the task this time. I'm looking forward to my Landcruiser, with it's 5 gears, and power steering, and nice big diesel engine.

yeah thanks.

When reliability can seriously become a matter of life and death, I would rather choose life.
