I need to be able to drive our rig, and am just not fond of this one- so it is up for sale. We are going to start this off asking $3800 OBO for the truck as-is. It will likely have a different winch bumper installed on the front in place of the current Terrain Master one- either way it will have a winch bumper on it or Ill take $200 off the price. Additionally, if you want a winch on the truck my fiance can get you a good used one for a fair price, the same goes for a set of 15in steelies with barely worn 33" Radial Swampers. Not interested in selling that stuff seperately, so if thats all you want to know about save your energy.
The truck currently has: RTE 3" springs Procomp shocks (rears are brand new) RTE radius arms and rear links OME steering stabilizer QT front diff guard RTE rear a-arm spacer D90 diff guard on rear Hella 500s nearly new 285/75R16 Yokohama Geolandar M/T on D1 alloys Befefits to the 1988 model: Its a SWB, shares many parts with a disco. Also, comes factory with the LT230 transfer case (diff lock anyone?) and sans the trouble prone ABS system. The stock 10 spline rear differential and axles that are known for breaking have been upgraded to the stronger 24 spline versions. The truck used to have dual batteries and safari gard rocksliders on it, and it would be easy to convert back to this style setup. The previous owner had the headliner redone, and I must admit the sunroof works just fine. I just put in a Pioneer CD player and Sony front speakers with Alpine Type S rears (6.5"). The truck also has custom made rear storage boxes to hold a meduim sized toolbox, first aid kit, etc. The tach is dead, the odometer is dead, it has an aftermarket oil pressure and water temp guage installed. The truck has approximately 170k on it. New water pump, recently serviced AC system. YES THE AC WORKS! We use the hell out of it on the trail and the engine never goes over 190 degrees. I'll be honest- the inside isnt much to drool over, but the truck is great on the trails and the window tint and late model wheels really set it off.
