Default NJ/NYC: 1995 Range Rover Classic LWB

Hi,

I'm selling my 1995 Range Rover Classic that I just picked up this past month. Nothing is wrong with the car, I just happend to have saved some extra money and will be moving on to a newer SUV.

Highlights:
It just passed NJ inspection and it is good until 5/14. Carfax is clean (can provide by email). No accidents. 134k miles on solid 4.2L V8 engine. New radiator, new alternator, SS exhaust, new wheel bearing/seals, and new upper tailgate all installed by previous owner. AC is cold, and Heat is great. Paint is in great condition for its age. Leather is tight, few cracks, no rips! No sagging headliner. All windows work. Tires have alot of meat left. Starts right up everytime!

Some issues:
A rotted area by the wheel arch from rust. No other rust on the car!
Drivers side heated seat doesnt work. Not sure about pass side.
One of the fog lights is out. Not the two on the brush guard, those work and are awesome. Especially when someone cuts you off, BOOM!!

That's all i can think of. But to sum it up, this car is solid! I feel very confident driving it anywhere. This is no money pit! Asking $5000.

Come and check it out! Car is located near Paramus, NJ.

You're having no luck selling this or even getting offers because you went crazy pricing it. A RRC is only worth about $3,000 if it's in great shape with zero problems. One with rust holes in it, not even close. You need to be in the $1,500 to $2,000 range.

Yours looks good from the pictures, including the interior. The rust is horrible and in a tough spot to fix, though. Good luck with the sale.

The market here in this area is more aggressive than that as ive seen a few on CL in the $3k-$5k range. But no doubt i think i over paid for mine at $4700. Plus, that rust is literally the only rust on this truck as the rest is clean. Thanks for the advice, i just put her up on ebay so we'll see how that goes.

Very nice truck, I love that color!!!

I think I have a working fog light if you want it (free). Also, did you check the fuse or connector for the heated seat?

I might even have a brand new wheel arch but I'm not sure what side, I'll check tonight.

If I didn't have a LWB already I'd be all over that one.

Your price is fine for a 95 LWB in that condition.

Good luck with the sale!

Thank you! And thanks for the offer also. I have to check to see if its the bulb that's bad or something else first. Im almost certain it is the bulb. I havent checked the fuses or connectors for the heated seats, i havent had much free time lately. But i plan to.

Would love to know if you do in fact have a wheel arch available and how much you would want for it.

Thanks again for the positive feedback.

Sorry for the delay, I do have one but it's the passenger side. I had a driver side but I sold it to Mike McCullen a while ago. You can contact Mike to see if he still has it, he's at the LR parts store in Manhattan, across from the dealer.

Here are some pics of what I have:

Let me know if it doesn't sell. I'm very close and I'd like to see it.
