D1 LR Factory winch bumper

i have a D1 Factory winch bumper with the A frame, its missing 2 mounting brackets that connect the metal peices that are bolted to the winch tray and bolt everything to the frame of the truck, i got quotes around $50 to make the peices, the bumper has been treated for rust and repainted, i also have the install instructions. Also this Bumper does alow you to keep your factory front bumper

what would shipping be to 43201, columbus ohio? im guessing it would prohibit it but this is exactly what i am looking for, is it a complete bumper or just a tray in front of the stock bumper? and if anyone has a winch mount or something for D1 OR RRC (winch bumper?) closer for cheap let me know

its just a tray with an A frame like in the picture that goes in front of the stock bumper, it would probably be around $40 for shipping with grayhound
