Are either of the '68 or '69 for a bugeye? (thats what I have)

Pardon my ingorance, I assume you mean having the headlights inside where the grille is. If so, then the '68 is a bugeye.

The bug eye is when they moved the headlights out to the wings but before they made the nice recessed fascia like the Series III. They just cut round holes in the wings and stuck the headlamps in hence the name "bug eye" cuz they stick out.
This happened in the 68-69 time frame. They didn't make too many of them like that.
