Swap V8 Series 1 Lpg For 110 Diesel

I want to swap my series 1 V8 lpg,for a diesel 110 3dr 0r pick up,

My series 1 is a 1958 88 inch pick up just had loads of work done in very straight condition.The chassis is in absolutley mint condition no rot or rust anywhere the bulkhead had just had a new top rail (galvo) fitted,the V8 is a p6 160 bhp high compression engine that runs fine with no cam rattle.every thing works fine.I have spent a lot of time and money on this this year.
I estimate the value to be around £1500 so would like a 110 diesel or maybe a V8 of similar value not to bothered about bodywork (within reason) but must be sound regards bulkhead and chassis.I am only selling as Im starting a new buisness and the series 1 isnt practical for what I need.
